Meget anmelderrost fysiologi bog, se …her.
Indholdsmæssigt ligger den meget tæt op af b&l, også mht. brugen af kvantative termer. Selv har jeg kun læst små velvalgte passager i den. Disse har stort set været på b&l-niveau blot meget kortere og mindre tvetydige. Hvis jeg skulle læse fysiologi igen ville jeg klart vælge denne bog og så ellers supplere de sædvanlige steder (nyre = Carlsen, pga af den specielle vægtning af stoffet her på ku (nyre delen er ellers særlig rost); mht. lungekap. virker det tættere på vores “kvantative” pensum end det der findes i b&l, så måske opgave supplering er nok her…). Amerikanerne vælger ofte en mindre og ligeså anmelderrost “review”-udgave af samme forfatter, men hvis du kun vil have én hovedbog ville jeg foretrække denne.
